Rules of Engagement

Rule :

  • Sales leaders must be involved in the program 
  • Direct access to Sales Reps. Sales Reps must ring-fence follow-up 
  • time You will provide feedback on all leads, good or bad 
  • Your Sales Reps will update the opportunity in Community regularly and promptly

There will be an escalation process for breaches of rules of engagement: 

Step 1: escalate to Sage PMM 

Step 2: warning that Sage funding can be withdrawn 

Step 3: Sage funding withdrawn 

You acknowledge that quotas are estimates only due to many factors being outside of our control. We will always focus on quality over quantity
